Deregulation and renewable energies world-wide:
We have the knowledge and experience.

Deregulation and its implication for renewable and decentralized energy generation have been a central part of energynautics' consulting work for a long time. The basic approach for our analyses was developed as part of the PhD work of energynautics' CEO, Thomas Ackermann.

Example: International Study for the Swedish government

energynautics was involved in a comprehensive study commissioned by the Swedish government that has analyzed, for several European countries, the prerequisites, conditions, entrance barriers and opportunities as well as cost models and market situation for renewable energies in relation to the network connection.

The study comprises a detailed analysis of the conditions for connecting renewable energies to the power network in Spain, Portugal, Germany and the United Kingdom. The results were then compared to the situation in Sweden and presented as an overview in numerous comparison tables as well as interpreted in detail.

This study is more than a thorough and sound analysis
of the situation

But this study goes beyond a thorough and solid analysis of the current situation. It can be used – at the same time – as a basis for decisions regarding energy policy and it can highlight the different options of how to utilize renewable energies and feed them into national grids. And it can also show what future developments are feasible and desirable.

This makes the study a good example for the issues that energynautics works with in the area of renewable energies and for projects where energynautics successfully combines economic and research expertise.
